Retained Executive Search
Recommended for clients seeking to fill executive and senior level roles. In most cases, recruiting efforts include but are not limited to engaging with passive candidates from within the same or similar industries. These types of searches typically require a confidential approach where detailed research and in-depth industry familiarity and knowledge are necessary to gain access to top-tier talent. In addition to our per-search Retained fee agreements, we offer an annual fee option for clients who routinely fill positions throughout the year, and who value exclusivity and the efforts of a firm whose purpose is to represent their company as they would in the marketplace.
Engaged Recruiting
Includes most of the benefits of a retained arrangement, including but not limited to market research and passive candidate sourcing efforts, and is most effective for Mid-level Executive talent needs. This model is good for companies with urgent needs who prefer/need flexible fee terms. Our Engaged model is our “pay for performance” option, requiring a smaller installment (down payment) to initiate recruiting efforts. The remaining compensation balance is then due on the successful completion of the placement.
Project Based Recruiting
Is a customizable, scalable recruiting solution that can flex with the varying and unexpected needs of the business. It is ideal for companies that have seasonal or peak hiring cycle needs, multiple positions open with limited or overwhelmed internal recruiting resources or have unique needs that require Industry or skill set expertise. Project fees are calculated as a fixed rate based on project scope.
